Imagino que la mayoría de las personas que usan Torrent ya sabrán que el 17 de Abril salio la sentencia de 1 año de cárcel y al pago de 3.5 millones de dólares por violación de los derechos de autor a los 4 administradores de The Pirate Bay.

Esto por la lucha de las corporaciones discograficas contra las redes p2p, es increíble que esta gente no se den cuenta hasta ahora que sus modelos de negocio son obsoletos y pretendan que con acciones como estas van a terminar con algo que NUNCA dejara de existir.

The Pirate Bay es uno de los mas grandes trackers de Torrent que existen actualmente, yo lo uso todo el fucking time, así que para ellos supongo que soy un pirata mas jojojo

Aun no se sabe como terminara todo esto para los 4 administradores de TPB, pero suceda lo que suceda, el intercambio de archivos por p2p no dejara de existir y si TPB es dado de baja (aunque dudo que esto suceda) aparecerán 10 sitios mas para reemplazarlo.

En este momento existe toda una campaña en Internet para ayudar a TPB, pero lo que me dio mucha gracia fue este comentario de un administrador de AnonNet, Mooncup:

“They seem to be doing it to demonstrate to the record industry that the Internet is our domain and they can keep the fuck out of our business or face the consequences [...] They [IFPI] represent most of the record companies, therefore attacking them represents an attack on all of the people who try to stop websites like The Pirate Bay without really understanding what they are really about.”

jajajaja Realmente meterse con la gente que domina Internet es una mala idea, si no preguntenle al IFPI Sueco cuya web fue defaced y al IFPI internacional cuyo sitio viene siendo atacado por dDoS.

Tienen que adaptarse, el mundo no es como hace 10 años donde el poder de estas corporaciones era indiscutible. Algún día aprenderán?
